Parks & Recreation

The Friends of Payson Parks and Recreation has recently undertaken a coordinated effort to help the Payson Recreation Department survive the Town's current financial crisis.  We are working with Town staff to determine needs and priorities to ensure the Town's recreation programs survive the recent budgetary cuts.

It appears all temporary staff members will be eliminated and more volunteers will be needed.  The Friends also contemplate a major fund-raising effort to restore the funds lost in the current budget.
